Regarding our 2027 schedule, please note that we won’t be available for lessons on the following dates: the afternoon of Jan 19, all day Jan 20, the afternoon of Feb 7, all day Feb 8, 9, and 11, the afternoon of Feb 10, and the morning of Feb 12.

お電話でのお問い合わせはレッスンご予約日の前日またはレッスン当日のみとなります。

ご予約済みの場合でも混雑状況や準備の都合によりお待ちいただくことがありますので、時間に余裕をもって各レンタルショップへお越しください。

Our partner rental shop, Kasukawa Sports, located in front of the Yokokura car park (Yokokura Area), rents ski and snowboard sets, jackets, pants, helmets, goggles, and gloves.

●決済について●

オンライン決済完了後に予約が確定します。

 

●キャンセルポリシー ● Cancellation Policy

お支払い完了後のキャンセル・返金は以下の通りとなります。レッスン代金の5％事務手数料を引いた金額を10日以内に返金させていただきますのであらかじめご了承ください。

4日前まで：　無料　（要レッスン代金の5％事務手数料）

2日前まで：　30％

前　　日　：　50％

当日8時以降：100％

体調不良やケガによるキャンセルの場合も、同様の扱いとなります。

但し、大雨や悪天候によりリフトが運休し、レッスンを実施できない場合、キャンセル料は発生いたしませんがいかなる場合においても事務手数料5％はかかりますのであらかじめご了承ください。

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting a 5% administrative fee from the payment amount and will be processed within 10 days. 

Please make sure you agree to this policy before completing your payment.

Up to 4 days before : Free　（A 5% administrative fee applies）

Up to 2 days before : 30% of the fee

1 day before : 50% of the fee

On the day, after 8:00 AM : 100% of the fee

The same cancellation policy applies in the case of injury or illness

If the lift is closed due to storms or if the lesson cannot be held due to heavy rain or similar conditions, the lesson fee will be refunded after deducting a 5% administrative fee.

In all cases, a 5% administrative fee will apply without exception.

我们没有会说中文的教练

While our school has a basic insurance plan, the coverage amount is very limited and only provides a small payout in case of injury. It does not fully cover medical expenses or other losses. We strongly advise all international guests to purchase their own travel insurance for adequate protection.

Snowboard lessons are only available on certain days and may only be confirmed at the last minute.

We use very simple English. There are no native English speakers available.

Lessons are available for children aged 5 years and older. Children under 6 years old can only take private lessons.

Kindly provide answers to the questions below when you contact us.

*We mainly conduct our lessons at the Yokokura and Nakamori slopes. Please check whether you are staying in that area or if your hotel provides a shuttle bus before contacting us.

*Please note that we can not guarantee the same instructor for all dates of your booking.
